30-day Warranty on Stallion Retail products
 
This Warranty gives you legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
We, as Stallion Retail, warrant that during the warranty period, the product will be free from defects in workmanship, material, and packaging.

We limit the duration of all implied warranties, without including limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for purposes to the duration of this express limited warranty.

Some states don't allow limitations on however long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Your warranty is under the discretion of the Stallion Retail, and failure to follow the required procedures may deter your warranty claim.

Our responsibility for defective and malfunctioning goods is limited to replacement or refund at our sole discretion as described below in this warranty statement.
 
Who can use this warranty?
 
Stallion Retail (“We”) extends this limited warranty to the consumer that originally purchased the product (“You”). The warranty does not extend to a subsequent owner or other transferees of the product.
 
What does this warranty cover?
 
This limited warranty covers any and all defects in materials, workmanship, and packaging of Stallion Retail products (the “Product”) for the warranty period and limitations as described below. This warranty is valid only for items purchased directly from our website.
 
What does this warranty not cover?
 
This limited warranty will not cover damages due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage by customer; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. Note that because Stallion Retail cannot oversee or control the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers. 
 
What is the period of coverage?
 
This warranty starts on the date of product arrival, and will last for thirty (30) days (the “Warranty period”). The warranty period will not be extended if the product is replaced. Note that Stallion Retail may change the availability of this limited warranty at our sole discretion. Any changes will not be retroactive.
 
What are the remedies under this warranty?
 
With due respect to defective products during the warranty period, we will either: (a) replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge or (b) refund the purchase price of such product.  We will pay for shipping and fees to return the repaired/replacement product to the customer if we elect to or replace the defective product.
 
How to obtain warranty service?
 
To obtain warranty service, customers must get in touch with customer service department through our contact form during the warranty period.
 
What can be considered a manufactured defect?
The warranty will cover defects of workmanship and materials. However, it does not cover damages caused by accident by the customer, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure, or extensive use. Do keep in mind that the warranty will last 30 days upon arrival of your order. 
 
Limitation of liability
 
By purchasing from Stallion Retail, you agree that remedies described are your sole and exclusive remedies, and entire liability is at our sole discretion for any breach of this warranty. Our liability shall, under no circumstances, exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the defective product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
 
Stallion Retail is not liable for any damages, losses, and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or misusage of our products.
